At a Special Meeting, held on March 22, 2022, the United Fishermen of Alaska unanimously voted to induct Congressman Don Young into the Alaska Seafood Hall of Fame.  The decision to induct the Congressman into the Hall of Fame was made in honor of his lifetime of service to the State of Alaska and for his contributions to sustaining and promoting Alaska’s commercial fisheries.
